Signs and Symptoms

Piriformis syndrome - Posterior
buttock pain. May be caused by leg length inequality.

Mechanical lower back pain - May
be caused by leg length inequality.

Sprain/strains - due to trauma.

Disc bulging causing pressure
on nerve roots. May be sudden onset from a bending/twisting maneuver.
May have past history of lower back pain that resolved.
